Redmi Band

Redmi has now ventured into smart wearable business with the launch of Redmi Band. This fitness tracker from the brand features a 1.08-inch rectangular color display. The company claims a 14-day battery life from a full charge, and it also has support for direct USB charging. As for tracking, it arrives with 5 sports modes and even has an optical heart rate sensor to monitor heart rates during workouts as well as throughout the day. It also has support for sleep monitoring to help users achieve their sleep goals. Being an entry-level as well as the first fitness tracker from the brand, the Redmi Band lacks NFC for contactless payments. Anyway, the tracker comes in black, but users can choose between four different colors for bands such as orange, olive green, blue, and black. It will be crowdfunded for a price tag of only 95 Yuan ($13) from 10 AM, April 9, in China. However, the retail price of the band will be 99 Yuan ($14).
