Huawei MatePad Pro goes official with Kirin 990 Chipset and 15W wireless charger

Huawei has unveiled MatePad Pro with Kirin 990 SoC and punch-hole display at an event in China today (25-Nov). MatePad Pro is one of the most powerful Android tablet. Currently, Huawei has launched this device China, and it will be available for sale on December 12.

Huawei MatePad Pro features a 10.8 inches display that can support Quad HD+ resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels. Along with a 4.9mm slim bezel display, the MatePad Pro offers a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. The tablet has powered by Kirin 990 Chipset and paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 512GB onboard storage. It packs a 7,250 mAh battery that can support up to 40W for quick charging. An awesome thing! The MatePad Pro has offered up to 15W for wireless charging. On the rear panel, the tablet offers a 13MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture for photography. The punch-hole on the front panel houses an 8MP camera with f/2.0 aperture for selfie experience, and it also comes with an M-Pencil stylus.

At the event, the Chinese tech giant also confirmed that it would unveil the MatePad Pro 5G Edition in the first quarter of 2020. The MatePad Pro 5G Edition will have a Kirin 990 5G Chipset and 7,500 mAh huge battery capacity.
