More and more supposed leaks continue to reveal more details about the upcoming Huawei P40, P40 Pro and P40 Pro Premium Edition. Now there is another attempt to provide us with various details about the flagship model of the new series. As is known, the Huawei P40 Pro PE (Premium Edition) has a camera that has been expanded to five modules, because Huawei absolutely wants to improve the zoom. Huawei now wants to offer optical and stabilized zoom at short and long distances, which requires additional cameras. A new leak from ‘Huaweicentral’ spills out the entire camera (front and rear) specs of Huawei P40 Pro Premium Edition.

According to the new leak, the premium edition of the P40 series will have a Penta camera setup on the back panel. The Penta rear camera setup of the phone said to have a 52MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, an f/2.0 240mm Periscope lens with 10x optical zoom, an 8MP telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom, a 40MP ultra-wide sensor with f/1.8 aperture and a ToF 3D depth sensor. The 52MP primary shooter will have 1/1.28, PDAF, and OIS technology. On the front panel, it will offer a dual-camera setup, including a 32MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a ToF 3D sensor, report claims. Furthermore, the leak also confirmed some other features of the P40 Pro Premium Edition (PE) such as 6.7-inch 2K (3160 x 1440 pixels) OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate / HDR10+ / DCI – P3 color gamut, 12GB RAM, 512GB ROM, Huawei NM card support (up to 256GB), Kirin 990 5G chipset, and EMUI 10.1 based on AOSP Android 10 with HMS Core.
