Oppo A74 5G and A74 4G have been officially unveiled as new A-series smartphones with affordable price tags. Both smartphones come with Snapdragon SoCs, 6GB RAM, and Android 11 operating systems. The Oppo A74 5G has Fluid Black and Space Silver color options, while the Oppo A74 4G comes in Prism Black and Midnight Blue colors.
OPPO A74 5G
The newly launched Oppo A74 5G has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It runs ColorOS 11.1 based on Android 11 OS. Under the hood, it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G processor that is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. For security, it offers a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. There is a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. On the back panel, the handset houses a quad-camera setup which includes a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter, a 2MP macro lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. On the other hand, OPPO A74 4G flaunts a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display that offers Full HD+ resolution and 800 nits peak brightness. The handset has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor with Adreno 610 GPU. It also comes with Android 11 OS. On the backside, the phone has a triple camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor. You get a 16MP front-facing camera for selfies. Other features of the A74 4G device include an in-display fingerprint sensor, 128GB storage, a 5,000 mAh battery, and 33W fast charging support.
