Oppo K7x will be unveiled on November 4

Oppo K7x, a new smartphone in the K series, is confirmed to launch on November 4, the Chinese tech giant today (29-Oct-20) revealed through a teaser posted on Weibo. The official teaser image also shows that this new Oppo phone will come with 5G support and a rectangular-shaped rear camera setup. The handset doesn’t seem to have a fingerprint sensor at the back, meaning it should be placed on the side or under the display.

A reliable tipster Digital Chat Station has leaked some key specs of the Oppo K7x on Twitter, which gives us a good idea of what’s coming with the device. The upcoming Oppo phone is said to have a 6.5-inch FHD+ display with 2,400 X 1,080 pixels resolution, 90.7 screen-to-body ratio, 90Hz refresh rate, and 180Hz touch sampling rate. The handset is tipped to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 SoC and could pack a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. As for the cameras, the OPPO K7x is said to come with a quad-camera setup at the back with a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary lens, and dual 2MP lenses. The Oppo K7x will offer a 16MP camera on the front panel for selfie experience. Green, Gray, and Blue are the color options of the phone.
