Today (19-Nov-20), Realme has officially launched its new budget-friendly 5G smartphone – Realme 7 5G at a virtual event in the UK. The phone comes with a punch-hole design for the selfie camera, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, and quad-cameras at the back. Realme 7 5G specs include the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, 48MP main camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with 30W fast-charging support. The smartphone arrives in a Baltic Blue color and will be available for purchase in the UK starting November 27.

The newly launched Realme 7 5G has a 6.5-inch FHD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, 1,080 × 2,400 pixels resolution. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U chipset with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. The SoC is paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM, 128GB (UFS 2.1) storage that is further expandable up to 256GB via a microSD card. The Realme 7 5G runs Android 10 OS with Realme UI custom skin. The Realme 7 5G quad-camera setup houses a 48MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens with 119-degree FoV, a 2MP macro unit, and a 2MP B&W sensor. For selfies and video chats, the device comes with a 16-megapixel snapper at the front, with preloaded features including Bokeh Effect, AI Beauty, HDR, and Super Nightscape. Realme has also provided camera features for the rear camera that include Ultra 48MP Mode, Super Nightscape Mode, Tripod Mode, UIS Max Video Stabilisation, and a Cinema Mode. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
