Recently GFX updated their website. There is something new seen in the site. What is that? Two mid range handsets models appear on the site. The handsets are presented by Samsung. Both handsets have Android 4.4.4 and support NFC connectivity. The first phone has a SM-G5308W model number. The handset has a 5 inches QHD display with 540 x 960 pixels resolution. There is a light handset having 64 Bit 1.2 GHz Snapdragon 410 processor. 1GB RAM and 8 GB in built memory expected from the company. The handset is powered with 8 mega pixel rear and 2 mega pixel front facing camera.
The other mid range handset has a SM-G8508S model number. This mid range handset offers 4.7 inches display with 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The handset is embedded with 2.5 GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 800 processor. Company provides 2GB RAM and 13 mega pixel rear and 2 mega pixel front facing camera.
We don’t have any confirmation when the handsets hit the markets and where the company reveals the handsets first. Prices of the handsets are still not known. After visiting the GFX we assume that the handsets will be available somewhere in September in IFA show held in Berlin.
