The Nexus Sailfish tipped to feature 5.2 inch Display with Snapdragon 820

On Google, forthcoming Nexus or HTC handsets are nicknamed as Sailfish and Marlin and S1 or M1. We have already heard a bunch of gossip about the smartphones processor, screen size, and camera sensor, now S1 image leaked which confirms preceding rumors.

The S1 or Sailfish smartphone is anticipated to feature a 5.2 inch LCD 1080p display and it will be powered with Snapdragon 820 processor. The S1 will have a small screen size and smaller battery than M1; it will be limited in features as well. Regrettably, the rumors don’t say much about the S1 so rest details are not known yet.

The M1 or Marlin is expected to come with 5.5 inch display screen with a 1440x2560 resolution; it will also be powered by current Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 chipset. There will be a 12MP rear sensor and 8MP selfie shooter and 4GB or RAM. In short the device will have all sophisticated specifications and features which we can expect from a 2016 flagship. The smartphone is likely to have a bigger battery and more features as compared to S1.

In addition, some rumors suggest that the Google Nexus Sailfish aka HTC S1 could be outfitted with a biometric security system, there could be thumbprint or finger scanner as per speculations. The security scanner would be placed on the backside of the device dissimilar to HTC 10. Both smartphones are expected to hit the market at the end of this year.
