Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite will launch tomorrow

Last week, Xiaomi confirmed that it will be holding a launch event for Europe on April 30. The launch poster revealed that the company will be unveiling the Redmi Note 9 series for the European markets. In the same week, reputable tipster Roland Quandt had claimed that the Chinese firm will be also announcing the rumored Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite alongside the Note 9 series. Today, Xiaomi officially confirmed through Mi Community listing that the Mi Note 10 Lite will also break cover on April 30. The marketing image available on Mi Community showcases the Mi Note 10 Lite alongside the Xiaomi Mi Note 10 phone that debuted last year. The latter is the world’s first smartphone with a 108-megapixel Penta-lens camera setup. The image reveals that the Mi Note 10 Lite will be available in three colorways such as black, white, and purple.

Quandt had also claimed that the phone will ship with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. The new Mi Community listing has no details on the specs of the phone. Past reports have revealed that the Mi Note 10 Lite will only different in cameras as compared to the Mi Note 10 smartphone. The Xiaomi Mi Note 10 Lite’s Penta-lens setup is expected to feature a 64-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide shooter, a 5-megapixel macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth assist lens. The Snapdragon 730G SoC will power the device. The phone may have a 5,260mAh battery that will support 30W fast charging. The Android 10 OS overlaid with MIUI 11 will come preinstalled on the device.
