The latest report comes from Oppo’s Vice President. Shen Yiren, via its Weibo account, confirmed 65W Super VOOC Charge for the upcoming Find X2 smartphone. It is the highest-rated charge or says it the fastest charge available for commercial use. We didn’t forget the Oppo Find X having 50W Super VOOC Flash Charge took 35min to recharge the device fully by 0 to 100%. The same source revealed 2K resolution and 120Hz Display for Find X2. Unfortunately, Oppo VP did not say any word on price and release date.

What did we know so far about Oppo Find X2?

Oppo Find X2 is said to have a 6.5inches Edge Display with a punch hole 32MP selfie camera rather than a sliding camera setup as of the original Find X. The smartphone will run ColorOS 7 on Android 10. Oppo Find X2 will come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. According to rumors mill, Oppo will embed along SD865 a personally build M1 co-processor to reduce power consumption by higher 120Hz Display. Oppo Find X2 is allegedly a 5G smartphone with dual SIM 5G mode SA and NSA. In terms of battery, it should rank at 4000mAh.

Sony and Oppo are allegedly working together on Sony IMX689 48MP sensor (for Find X2), which will be the world's first all-pixel Omni-directional focusing technology based camera. The technology has not briefly described, but it revealed the Sony IMX689 (1/1.39) would be larger than the Sony IMX600 (1/1.75) available on Mate 30 Pro. Rumor says Oppo Find X2 will offer Sony IMX708 13MP camera with a 5x optical zoom. There we will see a total of four cameras, including a ToF sensor for Find X2.

We love to see Oppo Find X2 at MWC 2020, though the company has not yet confirmed the launch date for the Find X2 smartphone. It will be pricey. Find X2 may cost about $1,000.
