Vivo Y73 comes with 33W fast charging and Helio G95 SoC

Chinese phone manufacturer Vivo has officially announced its Vivo Y73 smartphone in India. It is the fourth Y-series device to launch in the country this year. The Vivo Y73 2021 looks very similar to the Vivo V21e that was launched a couple of months ago in some markets. Compared to the Vivo V21e, the Y73 2021 is a 4G device. The phone comes with some other exciting features like a tall aspect ratio screen, a 64MP triple camera setup, 33W fast charging support, and an ultra-thin design. The phone will be available for purchase through platforms like Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Reliance Jio stores, Croma, Poorvika Mobiles, and Vijay Sales from June 12. Vivo Y73 comes in Diamond Flare (blue gradient) and Roman Black (without diamond pattern) colors.

The latest Vivo Y series smartphone has a 6.44-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution, and 408PPI pixel density. It is a standard 60Hz, 20:9 aspect ratio panel that has HDR10, and Widevine L1 certifications. The display also has a water-drop notch, and an optical in-display fingerprint sensor. The Vivo Y73 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G95 processor. It comes with an integrated Mali-G76 GPU. The handset comes with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. The storage can be further expanded as the device has a dedicated micro-SD card slot. It has a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls. It runs FunTouchOS 11.1 based on Android 11 OS.
