Today, Microsoft announced a new Surface Pro 7 Plus 2-in-1 computer. This device succeeds the Surface Pro 7 and comes with noteworthy internal upgrades such as new-generation Intel processors, more RAM, and cellular connectivity. It will go on sale on January 15 for a starting price of $899 for the base model that has a Core-i3 processor, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage.

The Microsoft Surface Pro 7 Plus has a similar design to the Surface Pro 7 predecessor. It has a 12.3-inch display with a 2736 x 1824 resolution. It has the same connectivity ports (a single USB-C port, a single USB-A port, a Surface Connect port, and an audio jack). There is an LTE version that has a nano-SIM tray. Talking about the internals, the Surface Pro 7 Plus comes with an Intel 11th-Gen processor. It can be configured up to Core i7, up to 32GB of RAM, and up to 1TB of SSD storage. One big upgrade that the Surface Pro 7 Plus boasts of is a removable SSD. Microsoft claims Surface Pro Plus offers up to 15 hours of battery life, and it can recharge up to 80 percent in just under an hour.
