Realme X3 SuperZoom and Realme 6s unveiled with Android 10 and side-mounted fingerprint sensor

Realme has today launched Realme X3 SuperZoom smartphone in Europe. The phone is priced at 499 Euros for the 12GB RAM with a 256GB storage version. For the colors, there will be Glacier Blue and Arctic White options. The Realme X3 SuperZoom comes with the Snapdragon 855+ chipset and a 120Hz refresh rate display as some of its key highlights. However, the main attraction is the quad-camera setup on the back, which includes an 8-megapixel telephoto sensor with a 60x digital zoom. Along with the launch of Realme X3 SuperZoom, the company has also announced Realme 6s smartphone. Realme 6s is priced at 199 Euros for the 4GB RAM with a 64GB storage version and it comes in Eclipse Black and Lunar White colors.

Realme X3 SuperZoom

The Realme X3 SuperZoom arrives with a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD display with a refresh rate of 120Hz, 90.5 screen-to-body ratio, 2.5D Corilla Glass, and 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected by a layer of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. Ticking at the core of the smartphone is the Snapdragon 855+ chipset. Realme claims that the smartphone achieved the highest score (5,17,743) on AnTuTu compared to other phones with the same processor. The chipset is accompanied by 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.0 storage with HPB as well as Turbo Write. In the camera department, the smartphone features a quad-camera setup on the back with a 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 primary sensor. This is accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom as well as 60x digital zoom, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The dual punch-hole cutout on the front houses a 32-megapixel Sony IMX 616 primary shooter and 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor. The phone boots Realme UI based on Android 10 and is powered by a 4,200mAh battery with support for 30W Dart charging. For security, there’s a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well as face unlock. Realme 6s flaunts a 6.5-inch full HD+ LCD display with 2400 x 1080 pixels resolution, 90Hz refresh rate, up to 480 nits brightness, and Corning Gorilla Glass 3+ protection and 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone runs on realme UI based on Android 10 and comes equipped with a side fingerprint sensor. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by Octa-Core MediaTek Helio G90T 12nm processor with ARM Mali-G76 3EEMC4 GPU. It has 4GB RAM, 64GB storage, and expandable memory up to 256GB with a microSD card slot. A quad rear camera setup is present on the Realme 6s with a combination of a 48-megapixel camera with 0.8μm pixel size, LED flash, EIS, an 8-megapixel 119-degree ultra-wide-angle lens with an f/2.3 aperture, a 2-megapixel 4cm macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. There is a 16-megapixel camera up front, with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. Realme 6s is backed up by a 4300mAh battery with 30W Flash Charge fast charging.
