ZTE is reportedly close to launching a new Axon 30 Ultra flagship phone. It will succeed the Axon 20 5G - a device that was the first to bring an under-display selfie camera to the market. Ahead of the launch, reputable tipster Evan Blass has shared a series of official press renders showing off the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra.

According to Evan Blass, ZTE is preparing to launch the Axon 30 Ultra, a new phone to battle against the likes of Huawei, Oppo, and Xiaomi. The device is expected to feature a triple array of 64MP cameras on the back and an 8MP telephoto sensor that offers 5x optical zoom. Unfortunately, the Axon 30 Ultra won’t include an in-display selfie camera. The report also claims that the Axon 30 Ultra will be just 8mm thick and have a 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

The device is also rumored to come equipped with a 4600mAh battery that will support 66W fast charging. Under the hood, there's not too much of a surprise, as the Snapdragon 888 will be powering ZTE's flagship offering. Meanwhile, the device is said to launch with MyOS 11 based on Android 11 OS.
