Google Pixel 4 and 4 XL Prices, Preorders and Shipment detail
Today Google has launched two devices known as Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL in the Pixel series with incredible design and specs.
The Pixel 4 has $800 price for base model 6GB RAM with 64GB storage while 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage variant costs $900. On the other hand, the sole version 6GB RAM/64GB ROM of Pixel 4 XL has a $900 price tag, and along with 6GB of RAM and 128GB native storage, option costs $990. Google offers White, Just Black, and Oh So Orange color options for both devices.
The preorders schedule of both Google Pixels will start immediately after the announcement (today 15 October) in Australia, Canada, USA, and Taiwan, and shipment begins from 24 October in the countries mentioned above.
Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL have the same square modules for dual camera setup on the rear panel, and the brand built both devices with Aluminum. Both phones have a 90Hz refresh rate and in save battery power mode, these use a 60Hz refresh rate. The big change in these devices is the size of display and resolution. Dimensionally, Pixel 4 measures 147.1 x 68.8 x 8.2 mm while Pixel 4 XL measures 160.4 x 75.1 x 8.2 mm. In terms of display size, Pixel 4 has 5.7 inches OLED display with 1080 x 2280 pixels resolution at 444 PPI density, on the other hand, the Pixel 4 XL features a 6.3 inches OLED display with 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution at 537 PPI density.
Both Smartphones has Ambient EQ feature that can adjust surrounding lights to optimize the color on display for the best viewing experience. Under the hood, Google makes these phones with SDM 855 (not plus) SoC and paired with 6GB of RAM and 64GB / 128GB onboard storage options. The Gorilla Glass 5 protects both devices’ front panels, and these phones survive up to 1.5 meters in water for 30 minutes.
The Pixel 4 XL has 3700 mAh massive battery capacity with 18W quick charging technology, while the Pixel 4 has a 2800 mAh battery that can also support fast charging like Pixel 4 XL up to 18W. The Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL have Face ids for authentication. For photography, we experience a dual camera setup of both phones, which includes 12-megapixel primary sensors with f/1.7 apertures. An awesome thing! The phones arrive with 16-megapixel telephoto cameras with 2x optical zooms and f/2.4 apertures.
Along with dual rear camera setups, we can record 4k videos at 60fps and slow-motion videos at 120fps. Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL come with the same 8-megapixel primary lenses and 3D TOF sensors on the front panels for selfie experience. Like, mostly new released phones of this year, the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL haven’t notch design on the front panels.
