Asus ROG Phone 3 Unveiled with 16GB RAM, SD865 Plus and 64MP Camera

As it scheduled, Asus wraps off ROG Phone 3 today (July 22). It is a gaming smartphone and a successor toward ROG Phone 2.

Asus ROG Phone 3 looks stunning, having a strong Aluminum body, and protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The gaming handset is 6.59inches large and delivers the best gaming experience on AMOLED Display with a 144GHz refresh rate. It is even better than 120Hz display of ROG Phone 2.  You can get delivered up to 650nits brightness. It is an HDR10 compliant and offers a dynamic range of colors. You can unlock cell phone quickly, thanks to In-Display FR.

There is an all-new ROG UI on top of Android 10. The software designed to control most of gaming related stuff. Besides this, users are getting new Dark Themes, Smart Reply in all messaging apps, optimized location and privacy tools, incognito mode for Google Maps, Focus mode, Live Caption, new parental control, and edge-to-edge gestures.

Heading toward optics, ROG Phone 3 carries a primary 64MP sensor having a wide f/1.8 aperture and support Electronic Image Stabilization. You can make 4k films and Slow-mo HD videos at 480fps.

The ROG Phone 3 is a powerful device and tucks inside Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset, built on 7nm node. The company also launched a Rog Phone 3 Strix Edition which uses a standard SDM 865 SoC. With a might 12GB RAM for starter model, ROG Phone 3 received 646,310scores in AnTuTubenchmark. You can choose between three memory variants 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. There is the most exclusive version with incredible 16GB RAM and 512GB Storage. For comparison, the Strix Edition starts at 8GB of RAM and offers a choice of 128GB and 256GB storage.
