The LG told us at MWC 2019 “all V-series Smartphones will have 5G connectivity while all G-series will support 4G”, but that’s now looking unlikely since Qualcomm claimed that the new Snapdragon 865 Chipset would have a 5G modem as standard, which means LG can’t keep the G9 4G with using flagship specs in G9 ThinQ. Moreover, the LG G9 ThinQ expected to have a 6.2 inches Super AMOLED display that could support the resolution of 1440 x 3120 pixels. Around the back, it will offer a quad-camera setup for photography experience, and selfie lovers will get dual sensors. The phone will pack a 3700 mAh battery with 25W quick charging. The predecessor G8 ThinQ has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, but the new version rumored to have a UD fingerprint technology.
