The iQOO Z1 upper mid-range smartphone made its debut back in May earlier this year. It was the world’s first smartphone powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. The Vivo iQOO Z1x has now been in the leaks for quite some time. Though, from the start of the month, the Chinese company has been teasing different features of the phone. Like any other company in the market right now, iQOO is also focusing on 5G smartphones. The same is the case with the new Z1x, which will be featuring a 5G mid-range chipset - Snapdragon 765G.

A few days ago, we saw the TENAA certification that mentioned a CPU with a clock speed of 2.4GHz will be powering the iQOO Z1x. Since iQOO already launched iQOO Z1 with MediaTek Dimensity chipset, it was expected that the Z1x will be Snapdragon-powered. Now, the company has finally confirmed that iQOO Z1x is going to be powered by the Snapdragon 765G. The smartphone will support the dual-mode 5G (SA/NSA) network. Talking about more specifications, the iQOO Z1x will feature 6.57-inch 1080×2408 resolution screen with a 120Hz refresh rate. It will have a 5,000 mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The triple rear camera setup of the phone has a 48MP primary sensor and two 2MP sensors. There will be a 16MP sensor on the front for selfies.
