Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ goes official with Kirin 9000 and 4400 mAh battery

Alongside the Mate 40, Mate 40 RS Porsche, and Mate 40 Pro devices, Huawei also announced its premium Mate 40 Pro+ smartphone. Like other three devices, it also has a 90Hz OLED display, dual selfie cameras, and Android 10 OS. The handset comes in Ceramic White and Ceramic Black colors.

Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ is powered by a flagship Kirin 9000 5G (5 nm) processor that is paired with 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. It flaunts a 6.76 inches OLED display with a resolution of 1344 x 2772 pixels and an 18.5:9 aspect ratio. The device runs EMUI 11 based on Android 10 operating system.

In terms of optics, Mate 40 Pro+ comes with a Penta camera setup which includes a 50MP primary sensor with f/1.9 aperture, 12MP telephoto shooter with f/2.4 aperture, 8MP periscope telephoto shooter with f/4.4 aperture, 20MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.4 aperture, and 3D TOF sensor. You’ll get a 13MP dual front camera setup for selfies and videos. The interesting thing about the phone is that you can record 4k videos by using front camera. Huawei Mate 40 Pro+ comes with a 4400 mAh battery that can support up to 66W for fast charging and 50W for wireless charging. Other features of the smartphone include a Face ID, an under-display fingerprint sensor, and 5W Reverse wireless charging.
