The Oppo Reno 6 series went official in May, and currently, this series offers three smartphones, namely the Reno6, Reno6 Pro, and Reno6 Pro+. But, there is one more phone soon joining this series named the Oppo Reno 6Z. As the name suggests, this would be the successor of Reno5 Z, which was launched in April this year with specs including a Dimensity 800U 5G SoC, Quad cameras, 30W charging, and more. Ahead of the launch, the official images of the Reno6 Z phone were shared by Evan Blass on Twitter which reveals the overall design.

As per the images, the Reno6 Z 5G will have a flat display, though it appears the glass on top is 2.5D, so a slight curve is visible along the edges. There is also a hole in the top left corner for the front-facing camera. The Oppo Reno6 Z 5G will have three rear cameras, and the primary camera is a 64MP sensor according to the inscription on the camera housing.

OPPO has also dropped the iPhone 12-like flat frame design it adopted for the Reno6 5G in favor of the more comfortable curved frame type. The phone has its power button on the right while the volume rocker is on the left side. The USB Type-C port is on the bottom alongside the 3.5mm headphone jack. The promo page on the OPPO Thailand website also shows a gray/black version of the Reno6 Z 5G. The phone will also come with a Dimensity 800U processor (the same in the Reno5 Z) and support for 30W VOOC charging.
