At the IFA tech trade show, Sony launched the flagship Xperia 5 as a compact variant of Xperia 1. In the third quarter of this year, Sony could sell only 600,000 Smartphones, and it faces 32% sales down. Recently, the Chinese website CNMO has shared the images of the next flagship phone, which is likely to be Sony Xperia 3, Expected that, the Japanese firm will unveil Xperia 3 in the first quarter of 2020.

The leaked image reveals Sony Xperia 3 has a large punch-hole on the front panel for selfie experience (no notch display or Pop-up mechanism). The other photos show that the device will offer a side-mounted fingerprint reader for authentication (like predecessors – Xperia 1 and Xperia 5). The phone expected to have a Snapdragon 865 SoC and will support the 5G network for best communicate experience. The next flagship SDM 865 SoC will have one 2.84GHz Cortex-A77, three 2.42GHz Cortex-A77 cores, and quad 1.8GHz Cortex-A55 cores and equipped with Adreno 650 GPU (587 MHZ).
