The Gionee Marathon M5 Plus has been officially launched in India, after five months of India launch the mobile will be unveiled in China. The mobile maker gave trendy mobile with advanced specifications, let’s dig and find out what’s under the hood.
The main feature of the Gionee Marathon M5 Plus is larger display and bigger battery which make it superior as compare to its predecessors. The bigger display will allow users to watch movies or sports on the mobile and the larger battery will keep the device wake up for long time. The device packs a 6-inch AMOLED capacitive touchscreen with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution. The smartphone is powered by Mediatek MT6753, coupled with CPUOcta-core Cortex-A53, and clocked at GPU Mali-T720MP3. The device has a 64 GB internal memory with 3 GB of RAM.
There is a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2, phase detection autofocus, and LED flash. There is a 5 MP front facing camera as well for capturing selfies. The mobile sports fingerprint and various other basic sensors such as accelerometer, proximity, and compass. The Marathon M5 Plus offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth v4.0, and A2DP, GPS, and USB Type-C 1.0 reversible connector. A 5020 mAh non-removable battery keeps the mobile on.
The design of Marathon M5 Plus is stylish and eye-catching which may attract more customers and boost sales. The smartphone comes in White, and Gold color options. The handset will be available through retail stores and online exclusive retailer Flipkart. It comes with INR 26,999 or (approximately USD $400) price tag.
