This handset is SIM unlock and with a boot loader which is unlock. The handset sold initially in 600 USD but know the company cut the price and they reduce 100 USD on the sets . Most of the users don't want to buy the old one exactly because the All new hTC one is on the way and expectedly we will have this hand set in the start of april.
Regarding the price we assume that this new hand set is a bit costly rather than the previous one but there is no doubt the All New hTC One comes with the batter features.
The most of the changes we expect display which is 5 inches the software is updated as Android 4.4 KitKat with Sense 6.0 UI, the processor is quad core snapdragon 801 and a dual lens rear camera. If the handset have these features the bit cost is nothing because the users want the facilities if the company facilitate the users they don't have any objection to pay the cost for their comfort.
