Motorola Droid Turbo 2 users are facing an issue with their device. According to users, a vertical green line or light appears on the device display. It is reported that users are facing issue since November 2015.

The Motorola Droid Turbo 2 was released on 27 October last year, after a few times of its launch users are facing issues in their device. On Mototrola’s forum, a user name Venoran posted his story which is happening with his device. He reveled that his one week old Droid Turbo 2 showed a solo pixel broad line which runs vertically down and up in the device. The green light always remains on the phone, but disappear for a short time when pressed the phone. When he moved towards Verizon Carrier, they told him that "you must have dropped or hit this phone really hard; it's not shock-proof!"

Let me tell you one thing Motorola Droid Turbo 2 is Verizon elite, if you are not aware. The users also showed picture of the phone which is captured when device was creating issue. He shared that picture because he wanted to prove that he never dropped his mobile. The green light is clearly visible in the picture so anyone especially company can’t deny from accepting the reality.

Afterward, Verizon said user to approach Motorola, the company already accepted the issue and sent another device as a replacement. According to Motorola Droid Turbo 2 users green light always clearly visible when display off and it can be seen in on display as well. Some users claim that the light widen with time. Now users want company to completely fix the bug before they move to other Android devices.

It is vague whether it is a software issue or hardware, but we expect that Motorola will fix the issue.
