Successor of Galaxy A5 visited GFX Specs Confirmed by Benchmark

The new version of Galaxy A5 appeared in GFX benchmark with SM-510F and the specs confirmed. The device is featured with Samsung’s own Exynos 7 Octa chipset.

Galaxy A5 is the premium device of Galaxy A series which was released last year and stand in a middle category according to the price this year Samsung is preparing the modest version of this smartphone. Though the device name is not yet known. There are lots of rumors revolved over the media about the device, but now we have some recent and authentic information with us about the upcoming mobile phone.


The sequel version of Galaxy A5 appeared in GFX benchmark and the specs confirmed by the site. According to the GFX, the device carries SM-510F model number. This is the Android Phone and runs Lollipop version of OS which seems fishy because the Marshmallow already available for the mobiles. The mobile phone has 5.2 inches display with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution and powered with 1.6GHz Octa Core processor combined with Samsung's Exynos 7 Octa SoC with four Cortex-A57 cores and four Cortex-A53 cores chipset and Mali T720 GPU. It has 2 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory. There is no information available about the memory provision. In the account of a camera the device has 13 MP rear and 5 MP front-facing  camera. The battery information is still behind the curtain.

 


There is nothing to be heard about the price and the release date of the handset but it is expected that the device will hit the markets before the end of this year and probably the South Korea is the first to get this smartphone. On the other hand according to the leaked specs the device seems mid range like the predecessor Galaxy A5.
