Ultra Slim Gionee S7 will be available in March against the price of $400

Gionee is the first to launch the slimmest handset and still they hold the title of slimmest smartphone makers. Yesterday in the event of MWC they launched their 2nd Ultra Slim smartphone Gionee S7.

Gionee try to compete the rivals globally, according to the Gionee official; “The race to make the slimmest smartphone was getting out of hand. Going so slim is actually not benefiting user experience without the performance to back it up.”

Gionee Elife S7 measures 5.5 and has 5.2 inches AMOLED display having 1080 pixels resolution and has the power of 64-bit octa-core processor and MediaTek 6752 chipset, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB ROM. Gionee placed 13megapixel rear and 8 megapixel front facing camera and supports dual SIMs.  Still the handset has a flaw and that is its weak battery which is only 2750mAh which seems not sufficient for the handset, but the Gionee claims that the handset battery gives two days backup to the users after full charge.
