This app is already available for Android and Windows 8 and now makes its debut for Windows Phone 8. Now in beta at the Windows Phone Store is FilmOn TV. Choose from television networks in the U.S., Europe, Latin America and Asia.
And for a small additional charge, you can watch in HD and record your favorite shows. The app offers hundreds of free live and video-on demand television channels, both local and regional. You can get up to 10 hours free of DVR recording and there are paid HD Channels and DVD plans available.
Since the app is in beta, you can not just mosey down to the Windows Phone Store, download, and install it. Instead, you need to hit the sourcelink, fill in your name, email address, and the name of the Windows Phone model that you're using. You'll get emailed with a link to the app.
