Xiaomi Launched Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 with USB Type C and 4100 mAh Battery

Xiaomi, as reported yesterday, has revealed the Redmi Note 4 in China. The device comes in two variants such as 2GB RAM with 16GB native storage and the other one has 3GB RAM with 64GB internal storage. Both variants will be available for purchase in China from August 26 through Xiaomi’s online store Mi.com.

One of the significant features of the Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 is that it supports USB Type C and it the first device to support reversible slot in the company’s lineup. It comes with 4100 mAh battery that keeps the smartphone up.


The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 packs a 5.5-inch full-HD display with 1080x1920 pixels resolution. It features a 2.5D curved glass display and sports a pixel density of 401ppi. The smartphone is powered by a deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 clubbed with the Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. The device runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box. Both variants support expandable storage via microSD card which can expand memory up to 128GB. The device weighs 175 grams and it measures 151x76x8.35mm.


The device support Hybrid SIM option, users can use two SIMs at the same time or they can use one SIM with one MicroSD card. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 features a 13MP rear camera with dual LED Flash and a 5MP front shooter. It supports a fingerprint scanner as well, which comes on the backside of the device. Other manifest feature of the smartphone, it is wrapped in a metal body which gives decent look.


 

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 supports infrared sensor as well and it supports various connectivity options such as GPRS/ EDGE, 3G, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, GPS, and Glonass. The 2GB RAM model is available for CNY 899 (roughly USD 135) and the 3GB RAM variant comes with CNY 1,199 (approximately USD 180) price tag.
