Samsung Galaxy S21 shines on Geekbench with SDM 888 and 8GB RAM

Samsung Galaxy S21 series is said to go official next month. In the recent past, we saw plenty of leaks and rumors surrounding the Galaxy S21 series smartphones. Now, the vanilla Samsung Galaxy S21 has appeared on Geekbench with Qualcomm’s new SoC, Android 11, and 8GB of RAM.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Price in Bangladesh

Geekbench benchmarking site has listed the Samsung Galaxy S21 phone with model number SM-G991U. The listing suggests that the phone will run on Android 11 software when it launches. It is also said to have a processor codenamed ‘Lahaina,' which is associated with the newly launched Snapdragon 888 SoC. This next-gen flagship Chipset for premium smartphones was launched earlier this week at the Qualcomm Snapdragon Tech Summit 2020. It arrives with a third-generation Qualcomm Snapdragon X60 5G modem that is touted to enable compatibility for both mmWave and sub-6 networks across all major bands worldwide. The benchmarking site also revealed that Samsung Galaxy S21 will have 8GB of RAM. The device scored 1,075 points in the single-core CPU test and 2,916 points in the multi-core CPU test.

As per the recent reports, the Galaxy S21 is said to come with a 6.2-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-display fingerprint reader. There will be a triple rear camera setup which will include a 12MP main camera, a 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 64MP telephoto camera. Samsung Galaxy S21 will come with Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 5G, UWB, USB Type-C port, stereo speakers, and Samsung Pay. The phone is said to have a 4,000mAh battery, fast charging, fast wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.
