Samsung Galaxy S20, S20 Plus and S20 Ultra full specs confirmed

Samsung is ready to unveil its next flagship Galaxy S20 lineup on February 11, 2020, at an unpacked event. Recently, the reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal (@ishanAgarwal24) has published a poster that reveals the specs of Samsung S20, S20 Plus, and S20 Ultra. According to the tipster, all upcoming smartphones will have 5G capabilities and run One UI 2.0 based on Android 10 operating system.

Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G

The high-end version S20 Ultra will have 6.9 inches Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The big AMOLED screen of the phone is expected to have a WQHD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels at 511 PPI density. It might be powered by Exynos 990 Chipset and coupled with up to 12GB of RAM. As for optics, it will have a 108MP primary sensor paired with a 48MP telephoto camera, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a ToF camera. According to the leaked information, the Galaxy S20 Ultra will have 10x optical zoom, 100x Digital Zoom, and be able to record in 8K at 30 fps. The selfie snapper in the centered punch-hole is 40 MP, will record 4K60 videos. It is rumored to have a 5,000 mAh battery that could support fast charging (45W), wireless charging, and reverse charging.

Samsung S20 Plus 5G

The Samsung S20 Plus will feature a 6.7-inch Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display with a WQHD+ resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. It will offer a 120Hz refresh rate, 525 PPI density, and 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is said to be powered by Samsung's own Exynos 990 chipset that's built using a 7nm processor. For photography, the S20 Plus will have a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP telephoto shooter, a 12MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 3D ToF sensor. The phone will have 3x optical zoom, up to 30x digital zoom, and also be able to record 8K videos at 30 fps. The S20 Plus is expected to have a 10MP selfie shooter instead of a 40MP sensor, but it could also record 4k videos at 60fps. There is a smaller 4500mAh battery inside, but it will also have support for fast charging, wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G

This model will have a 6.2" 1440x3200 Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED screen with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a centered punch-hole housing a 10 MP selfie camera with support for 4K video recording at 60fps. According to the leakster it will also come with a 120Hz refresh rate and Samsung's own Exynos 990 Chipset (7nm). On the rear panel, the Samsung S20 is rumored to have a triple camera setup, including a 64MP primary sensor, a 12MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom, and a 12MP ultra-wide lens. You could record 8k videos at 30fps. Under the hood, it will pack a 4,000 mAh battery that could support fast charging as well as wireless charging too.

On the other hand, the tipster has just mentioned Exynos 990 Chipset. So, it seems that Samsung will ship Galaxy S20 lineup with Snapdragon 865 Chipset in China and the USA, while other countries, including UAE, KSA, India, Pakistan, Qatar, and Oman, etc. expected to get S20 series with Exynos 990 Chipset.
