Chinese smartphone maker Tecno has officially launched a new smartphone known as the Tecno Pova 2 in the Philippines. The smartphone comes with highlighted features like MediaTek chipset, massive 7,000mAh battery, 128GB storage, punch-hole design, rectangular-shaped rear-camera setup, and a lot more, among the others.

The Tecno Pova 2 has a 6.9-inch IPS LCD panel which comes with a Full HD+ resolution. The screen of the budget segment phone features a standard 60Hz refresh rate along with a punch-hole for the selfie camera sensor. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G85 chipset, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of built-in storage.

As far as cameras are concerned, the Tecno Pova 2 has a quad-camera setup at the back, which is placed at the top left corner of the rear panel. The camera module includes a 48MP main camera accompanied by a 2MP macro sensor, a 2MP depth sensor, and a 2MP sensor for AI photography. There is also an LED flash on the back side. At the front, it houses an 8MP camera sensor for selfies and video calls. The handset runs on Android 11 on top of HiOS 7.6 out of the box. The phone also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication. The Tecno Pova 2 phone draws power from a massive 7,000mAh battery which carries support for 18W fast-charging.
