Samsung Galaxy A72 4G spotted on Geekbench, M12 gets NBTC certification

Samsung is said to unveil the Galaxy A72 mid-range phone early next year. The phone is coming in 4G and 5G versions, bearing model numbers SM-A725F and SM-A726B, respectively. Ahead of the launch, the Galaxy A72 4G smartphone has appeared on the Geekbench certification website. The listing has revealed some key specs and features of the Galaxy A72 4G. Separately, the budget-friendly Galaxy M12 has received certification from Thailand’s National Broadcasting Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) authority.

Samsung Galaxy A72 4G price in Japan and full specs

Samsung Galaxy A72 4G has been spotted on Geekbench 5 with the model number SM-A725F. The smartphone will come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G Chipset. This means that the Galaxy A72 4G will have the same SoC as the Galaxy A52 4G. The SoC is paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone can be seen running on Android 11 OS. We can expect the smartphone to have a layer of One UI 3.0. The Geekbench listing further reveals that Galaxy A72 4G will feature Adreno 618 GPU. In the single-core and multi-core tests of Geekbench, the phone has scored 526 and 1623 points, respectively.

Samsung Galaxy M12 price in Japan and full specs

The NBTC listing, on the other hand, reveals that the SM-M127F / DS Samsung phone will be arriving in the market as the Galaxy M12. The phone will also come with 4G connectivity. The NBTC listing does not reveal any other details of the Samsung M12. Recently, the phone received Geekbench certification. It confirmed that the Galaxy M12 will draw power from the Exynos 850 chipset. The SoC is said to be paired with 3 GB of RAM.
