2.5 Million Smartphone Sales By Motorola India

On Monday, November 24, 2014, the Motorola India on its Twitter account has announced that it successfully made a sale of 2.5 million smartphone in India. Motorola India is a Lenovo owned company, which after making 2.5 customers had now also announced some special offers. This special offer will be placed on Flipkart for new customers that on every purchase of Moto G, Moto X, Moto E, Moto G(Gen 2) and  Moto X (Gen 2) smartphones. This new/ special offer has been listed on every page of Moto G, Moto X, Moto E, Moto G(Gen 2) and  Moto X (Gen 2) smartphones at Flipkart store. The offers go like a voucher worth of Rs. 50, 000 will be rewarded to 5 lucky winners and about 100 cash-back presents will be awarded to 100 lucky customers.

Motorola Mobiles

Flipkart, which is the exclusive retail partner of Motorola India, has still not shared the number/ units of Motorola phones that were sold in India. But however, on the launch of second generation smartphones of Moto G and Moto X, Michael Adnani, the Vice President at Flipkart, had announced in September, the successful sale of 1.6 million unites of Moto G, Moto X and Moto E devices. The Moto G was launched in February at Flipkart and within seven months it sold 1.6 million devices. As the company has not shared the number of phones sold by Motorola India, it can be estimated that about 90, 000 moto phones were sold in the months of October and November.
