After unveiling its M1 processor in MacBook last year, Apple has announced an all-new iPad Pro with the same processor. The iPad Pro 2021 comes in two screen sizes - 11-inch and 12.9-inch. With the 12.9-inch iPad Pro, Apple has also introduced a new Liquid Retina XDR display. The new tablets are claimed to be 50 percent faster than the previous iPad Pro models.

Apple iPad Pro 2021 arrives in 11-inch and 12.9-inch display sizes. The 12.9-inch model features a Liquid Retina XDR mini-LED display with over 10,000 LEDs, a 2732x2048 pixels resolution, and ProMotion, True Tone, and P3 wide color support. It has up to 1,600 nits peak brightness for HDR. The 11-inch model houses an 11-inch Liquid Retina display with 2388 x 1668 pixels resolution that also includes ProMotion, True Tone, and P3 wide color support. It also features HDR and Dolby Vision support. Both 11-inch and 12.9-inch iPad Pro 2021 are powered by the Apple M1 SoC. There is 8GB of RAM in the 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB storage models, and 16GB RAM on the 1TB and 2TB storage models.

On the front, the new iPad Pro 2021 gets a 12MP sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens (122-degree field of view, f/2.4 aperture). On the back, there are two camera sensors (12MP wide-angle with f/1.8 aperture + 10MP ultra-wide with f/2.4 aperture and 125-degree field of view) along with a LiDAR sensor. The rear setup is also capable of 2x optical zoom. Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (2021) has a 40.88 Wh battery, while the iPad Pro 11 (2021) packs a 28.65 Wh battery.
