After months of delays, Google has finally confirmed the launch of Pixel 4a for August 3. Google also updated its Twitter and Facebook pages to tease the launch of its new phone. There’s a bit of work required though to figure out the Pixel 4a launch. First is the cover photo on Google’s Twitter and Facebook pages. It has a dot on the side indicating the punch-hole camera and “The Google Phone” written with colored boxes in between. There’s also a new site link for the Google Store on its Twitter page.

There are colored boxes (on Google Store page) on top which change to different colors of the Google logo when you tap on them. You need to change the colors of the boxes in the order of the Google logo (hint - blue, red, yellow, blue, green, and red). Once it’s done you’ll see the text “Just What You’ve Been Waiting For Phone”. And if you scroll down below you’ll see August 3 revealed at the bottom along with the shape of a phone. If you read through the paragraph properly you’ll see hints of words like “lowlight capture”, “blur”, “bokeh”, “megapixel” and “long-lasting battery”. These are features that will come with the Google Pixel 4a. Based on the reports, Google Pixel 4a is expected to feature a 5.8-inch display, and powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730 chipset. It could pack 6GB of RAM with 64GB and 128GB storage options. The phone is also expected to house a 12.2-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel camera for selfies.
