Chinese phone maker Honor has officially unveiled a new budget-friendly phone – Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition in the Chinese market. The phone is available in Blue or Black, and is currently up for pre-order/booking; the first flash sale is scheduled for next week - April 27.

The newly launched Honor Play5T Vitality Edition (Life Edition) houses a 6.6-inch LCD display that offers an HD+ resolution. It comes with an 8MP selfie camera and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The quad rear camera setup has a 13MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth sensor.

Under the hood, the phone draws power from a massive 5,000mAh battery which carries support for 22.5W fast charging. On the software side, the phone is equipped with Magic UI 4.0 based on Android 10 OS. Last but not least, the Honor Play 5T Vitality Edition is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P35 chipset which is paired with 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The phone also has Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5 mm audio jack (on the bottom), a USB-C port, and a speaker grille.
