HTC 10 Rumored to Come with 5 Inch Super LCD Display instead of AMOLED

HTC’s upcoming smartphone definitely HTC 10 rumored to get official in April. Now images of the phone have leaked, showing design of the smartphone. Another rumor shares specifications of the device such as battery capacity, and its display.

According to previous rumors, HTC 10 will come with 5.1 inch display QHD AMOLED screen with (1440x2560 pixels) resolution.   Now on Twitter Evan Blass says that the smartphone will support 5 inch Super LCD display instead of 5.1 inch super AMOLED screen. The difference between customary LCD and Super LCD screen is that the second one has no air gaps between the real display part and the outer glass, escalating the visibility.

 

In adding together, HTC 10 will have a 3000mAh battery and HTC M9 will come with 2840mAh battery and HTC M8 packed with 2600mAh battery.  So after this upgrade we can expect that HTC 10 will have larger battery as compare to its predecessor.  Some reports say that HTC 10 will come in April; however, HTC is yet to send invites. So we are waiting for official details about the smartphone launch date.


Based on earlier leaks, the HTC 10 will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor; Adreno 530 GPU. It has 12 MP rear camera and supports USB Type-C port. Fresh leaks suggest that the mobile will have metal body with chamfered edges along with a physical button on bottom of the display. Another official teaser from HTC promises that HTC 10 will have “World First, World Class" front and back cameras. Now we have to wait till the company unveils its most awaited flagship.
