HTC Nexus Rumored to have 3D Touch along with Oppo, Xiaomi, Meizu, and Vivo Upcoming Smartphones

Mar 3,2016 | by Liam Hems Fallow to Sajid @Google+

Apple introduced iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus with new 3D Touch feature which is pressure sensitive. Although it was new feature in mobile world but still people didn’t acknowledge it warmly like preceding innovations by Apple. It seems like Android rivals are still looking to add new functionality into 3D Touch.

A new rumor came from China states that Google is planning to add the essential software to carry this feature into the next Android smartphones. The advancement will be made on OS so smartphone makers don’t have to generate their personal software implementations to accelerate adoption.  We also heard that HTC will add pressure sensitive screens to its upcoming Nexus phone this year.  It is been a while we haven’t heard any news about HTC Nexus. Previous rumors suggest that we will see two HTC made handsets in 2016.  It this rumor comes true then we might see both devices with 3D Touch.

It is not only Nexus line which will get this functionally, it is said that Meizu, Xiaomi, Vivo, and Oppo are working on future devices with pressure sensitive displays. Therefore it feels like 3D Touch feature will become main feature of Android mobiles later on this year.
