Huawei’s CEO Yu Richard has shared a post on Weibo and confirmed that Huawei would unveil MatePad Pro on November 25 at an event in Shanghai, China. On the next day, Huawei’s sub-brand will debut the Honor V30 series on November 26. The tablet expected to arrive in multiple colors like Blue, White Orange, and Green. The unique feature of the MatePad Pro is a punch-hole display (world’s first tablet) and an under-screen fingerprint reader for authentication. The 3C certification has revealed the tablet will support up to 40W for rapid charging like Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro flagship phones.
Huawei MatePad Pro will arrive with an M-Pen Stylus and magnetic keyboard support, and it will offer dual camera setup and LED flash on the back. The tablet powered by Kirin 990 SoC and paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB onboard storage expectedly. The company may also unveil a non-Pro variant of the MatePad.
