Huawei is confirmed to announce its new foldable phone, Mate X2, on February 22. It will be the first device from the company to come with an inward foldable screen. Besides, the flagship Huawei P50 series is also on the way to keep the launch sequence going in March. Other than these devices, Huawei also has a high-end tablet – MatePad Pro 2 that just received the 3C certification (as spotted by Digital Chat Station tipster). The 3C certification reveals some key specs of the tablet, and also suggests that it will be launched soon.

According to the 3C listing, the Huawei MatePad Pro 2 will have a WGR-AN19 model number and 40W fast charging support. It will also come with 5G support. The tipster claims the tablet will be available in two variants — one with a 12.2-inch display from Huaxiing and another with a 12.6-inch screen provided by Samsung. Both will support a high refresh rate for maximum viewing experience and high-quality content. Under the hood, Huawei MatePad Pro 2 will be powered by flagship Kirin 9000 SoC. The Kirin 9000 uses TSMC’s 5nm build process and has a Mali-G78 GPU for extreme graphics performance.
