Huaweis Kirin 920 octa core SoC officially announced platform goes official

Huawei has officially announced the octa-core Kirin 920 SoC to compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 805. For this competition the chip is accomplished with four Cortex-A15 and also four Courtex-A7 cores. A powerful Mali-T628 Graphic Processing Unit (GPU) is there to look after the graphics with display 2560x1600 resolutions, which clearly indicates that Huawei is trying to surpass QHD.

Other good feature of Kirin 920 includes LTE connectivity with Cat 6 network and has the download speed of 300Mbps, and it uses VoLTE technology.
