Leaked Image Show Infinity Display of Samsung Galaxy S8

Samsung Galaxy S8 is set to launch on 29th March and people can’t wait to see the unveiling of the smartphone. Even Blass shared a leaked image of the flagship which is much similar to the previously leaked image. The smartphone will support an infinity display with minimum side screen bezel and very small top bezels.

Another major change in the Galaxy S8 will be removal of the Home Button; this is the biggest change which will differentiate the smartphone from its predecessors. The Galaxy S8 will come in two variants, one will have 5.8-inch AMOLED screen, and the second one will own 6.2 inch QHD display. Both variants will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 SoC chipset.

 

In terms of specifications, there will be 4GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The smartphone will give a desktop-like experience alike Windows Continuum. According to a report, Samsung will name this feature “Dex”. Rest features include 12MP rear camera, 8MP front camera with IP68 water and dust resistant rating. The smartphone will feature an iris scanner and secured by Samsung Knox.

 

The base variant will include 4GB RAM with 64GB storage to provide enough space for saving pictures, and media files. It will run Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The smartphone is expected to be powered with a 3000 mAh battery with wireless charging support. The feature will allow users to charge their device from a certain distance. The Galaxy S8 will cost around £599 and the Galaxy S8 Edge will come with £639.
