Although it has not been officially declared, Android smartphones Lenovo has appeared on the social media. This is a mid range but a little costly handset to come on surface. It is code named X2 and has already gone through the certification stage and given out details about its good configuration.
They are two versions of Lenovo X2 to be presented to the users; X2-CU and X2-TO. The X2 CU is equipped with Octa Core processor and MediaTek chipset while the other one, X2-TO has 2.2 GHz Dual Core processor. Both have a 5 inches screen with 1080 pixels resolution. Company provides 2 GB RAM along with 32GB on board memory.
Both the sets have 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and both have front facing 5 mega pixel camera. Both versions of Lenovo X2 measure 140.2 x 68.6 x 7.27mm. The design features of these two sets are somewhat like Sony Xperia Z series.
Once the certification formalities are done, Lenovo will be launching them with Android 4.4 operating system. Although company has not made any announcement about them but IFA 2014 would be right occasion for announcements and all the details.
