On Tuesday Lenovo India will launch its Z1 smatphone, beneath the novel sub-brand ZUK which operates online only. The mobile maker has exposed that fans can watch live stream on YouTube and ZUK official website as well from 12pm IST.
Last week Lenovo confirmed that ZUK Z1 will be officially launch in India and the device will run Cyanogen OS, thus today the smartphone will be launch in India. In China, the mobile was sold with the name of ZUK Z1 but in India market the smartphone will be available as Lenovo Z1. The most significant specification of the device is its operating system; it runs Cyanogen OS 12.1 based on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop, meaning that consumers will get many choices to modify their smartphones.
Whereas the specifications concern is, the Lenovo Z1 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor clocked at 2.5GHz along with Adreno 330 graphics, coupled with 3GB of RAM. The mobile has a 64GB internal storage but it doesn’t support MicroSD card. Another prominent feature of the Lenovo Z1 handset is its huge battery; the mobile gets power with a 4100 mAh battery.
There is a 13MP back camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) and Sony IMX214 sensor, the OIS feature which can be seen only in high end devices on the front side of the mobile you will find an 8MP selfie shooter. The mobile supports two Nano SIM slots, both support 4G LTE connectivity and Indian LTE bands - FDD Band 3 (1800MHz) and TDD Band 40 (2300MHz). The Lenovo Z1 measures 155.7x77.3x8.9mm and weights 175 grams.
Just like lately launched flagship the Z1 mobile holds a fingerprint scanner on its home button. The mobile supports a USB Type-C 3.0 port, Bluetooth 4.1, Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, and Glonass connectivity.
