LG tipped to unveil the V60 ThinQ 5G and a new 5G phone at MWC 2020

LG will introduce its latest flagship smartphone with dual-screen and 5G connectivity at the Mobile World Congress in February 2020. This information comes to us from the Korea Herald, which reveals that the LG Mobile is scheduled to unveil the V60 ThinQ 5G at MWC 2020. According to the Korea Herald, the phone maker LG will also launch a new 5G smartphone alongside LG V60 ThinQ 5G. The report on the South Korea Publication hasn’t revealed the name of a new 5G phone.

At the MWC 2019, the LG had announced the LG V50 ThinQ 5G with a dual-screen accessory, and LG G8 ThinQ. The LG G8 ThinQ didn’t offer the 5G connectivity. However, there is a possibility that the LG may launch the LG G9 ThinQ with 5G capability. On the other hand, the LG V60 ThinQ 5G could be powered by Snapdragon 865 Chipset (X55 5G modem). It expected to have a Super AMOLED display and also will be equipped with an upgraded folding structure. According to the source, LG believes to increase its shipments in a few countries such as South Korea, the USA, and Japan.
