Many handsets are ready to accept the Android L Updates

Android is a dynamic operating system and is not stagnant at the start point and is continuously making improvements and letting the users have updates to remain current with the latest developments and enjoy the latest features of the operating system. Many users are now waiting for Android L which is the latest version of Android and known as Android 5.0 Lollypop. According to the latest news several handsets such as HTC, Motorola, Samsung, LG and Google which are using Android operating system will get the software update soon.  

So far there has been silence from Google over the issue of Android L update; this creates suspicions and doubts. However the Android officials have announced that the new hardware from Nexus will be released shortly, in mid October. However the latest version of the operating system will not be available officially before November 1st. it is further known through the news and rumors that the new operating system will appear in the market with HTC Nexus 9 tablet. The tablet will be officially announced somewhere mid October. However the Motorola Nexus X is expected to be on surface on 31st October.

The new operating system or the update Android L will be first released to Nexus series, Nexus 4, Nexus 5, Nexus 7, and Nexus 10 as soon as it is released. HTC has announced that their new handsets HTC One and HTC One M8 will get this update within 90 days of its official release by Google. Similarly Moto G and Moto X will also receive the update of the operating system soon.

Similarly Samsung handsets are also waiting to receive the operating system update. These devices include Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 4. These handsets will get the update in the last week of November or early December. LG devices will not be left behind and deprived of the update. They will also receive the new operating system as an update.

Android L as a mobile platform is the biggest update by Google. It features a redesigned interface, fluid animations, improves battery life and is compatible with 64-bit processors.

It is believed Android L will please the users by a very unique and different experience. New theme of animation, more colorful interface giving 3D effect and shadows present a more attractive appearance of the UI. Most frequently used apps by the users will be placed in the recent menu in the shape of pack of cards and the new operating system will have a search bar as well.

Android L will enhance performance, support 64-bit processors and increase battery life. Notification panel is entirely changed with new colors scheme and transparent background. Users have to swipe down to see the notification panel, and swipe further down for Quick Settings where they will find option to set brightness control and other features like Notifications, WiFi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth, Airplane Mode, Cast Screen, Auto Rotate, and Location.
