Meizu will unveil 16T with 8GB of RAM and SDM 855 SoC on October 23

In August, the Chinese phone maker Meizu was launched high-end Smartphone Meizu 16s Pro with the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ chipset. After the release of Meizu 16s Pro, the company decided to launch another Smartphone in 16 series. Today, the company revealed some specs and release date of a new product known as Meizu 16T ahead of launch. Meizu 16T will launch on October 23 by Meizu at the Beijing event.

Meizu 16T will arrive with a bigger display as compared to the predecessor (16s Pro). The new variant will have a 6.5 inches OLED display with 1080 x 2232 pixels resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio, while the 16s Pro came with a 6.2 inches display. It will power by Snapdragon 855 Chipset and paired with 6GB of RAM for 128GB native storage and 8GB of RAM with 256GB onboard storage. On the other hand, the previous version came with SDM 855+ SoC. It will run Flyme 8 based on Android 9 Pie and Black, Blue and Green are color options. For photography, Meizu 16T will come with a triple camera setup which includes a 12-megapixel primary shooter, a 10-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a third member of this family will arrive with 5MP for adding depth effects in the image. Meizu 16T looks like a downgrade from Meizu 16s Pro (it has 48-megapixel primary lens + 20MP telephoto camera and 16MP ultra-wide sensor) in camera setup. It will have a 16-megapixel sensor on the front panel for selfie experience. The Smartphone will come with 4,400 mAh battery capacity that can support up to 18W for quick charging.
