Mophie Launches iPhone Wireless Battery Case for iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s

Till the date we have heard numerous renders about the forthcoming iPhone 7, wireless charging is one of the most rumored features of the upcoming iPhone 7, but if you own an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6s you don’t have to wait for the next flagship because you can enjoy the feature in your current smartphone. Gratitude to California based company Mophie which manufactures accessories for smartphones, the firm launched a novel line of wireless battery cases for iPhone.

The case will permit users to charge their smartphone wirelessly. The battery case comes with a wireless charging base that recharges iPhone quickly. The company is also offering a vent mount for cars that a user can charge its smartphone vertically in a car, and dock mount that magnetically holds the smartphone on the table and allows users to charge their phone. The pads keep the device protected and you can charge your mobile either vertically or horizontally. The mounts are compatible with Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 Edge as well.

The manufacturer claims that the case is lighter and it adds 50% life to the mobile’s battery. The case can also be used for iPhone 6 Plus and iPhone 6s Plus according to their batteries. The case is not for only iPhone users; Mophie has launched a wireless battery charging case for Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge devices as well. The iPhone 6s/iPhone 6 case is priced at $100 and iPhone 6 Plus/iPhone 6s Plus case is available for $129. The vent mount and the desk mount each is priced at $59.99.

Although wireless charging technology is not new, Starbucks and McDonald’s chains offer wireless charging tech and Galaxy S7/Galaxy S7 Edge also support the feature. You can buy Juice Pack wireless at Mophie.com or BestBuy.com. Apple retail stores will also offer the Juice Pack wireless from next week.
