Motorola officially launches Moto G 5G and Moto G9 Power

Motorola today announced the Moto G9 Power and Moto G 5G, its latest budget phones with Snapdragon SoCs. The Moto G9 Power is a 4G device while Moto G 5G comes with 5G support (as name suggests). Both smartphones have 16MP front-facing cameras and run Android 10 OS.

Moto G9 Power comes with a 6.8-inch HD+ display, which has a hole-punch cutout on the top-left corner for a 16MP selfie camera. Powering the phone is Qualcomm's Snapdragon 662 processor, coupled with 4GB of RAM and 128GB storage. On the back of the Moto G9 Power is a triple-camera setup featuring a 64MP primary camera, a 2MP macro shooter, and a 2MP depth sensor. Some of the other key features of the phone include a water-repellent coating, a 6,000 mAh battery, and 20W fast charging support.

Moto G 5G

Motorola Moto G 5G houses a 6.7 inches IPS LCD display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G (8 nm) Chipset that is paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication. It has a centered punch-hole for the 16MP front-facing camera. For photography experience, Moto G 5G houses a triple rear camera setup which includes a 48MP primary camera with f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide shooter with f/2.2 aperture, and a 2MP macro lens. The smartphone has a 5,000 mAh battery with 20W fast charging support.
