Motorola States No Lollipop Updates for Droid Mini, Ultra, and Maxx Reimbursing by offering discounts on Maxx 2 and Turbo 2

Last year in October, Motorola launched various mobiles and the company said all devices will receive the Android Lollipop update. The list, which will receive updates includes Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx. Though, Motorola announced that these smartphones won’t get Android updates.

David Schuster Motorola's senior director of software product management David Schuster made the announcement in a post on Google+ “Company knows how significant software upgrades are to our customers, but we are very regretful that we are incapable to provide the upgrades”.

In addition, Schuster said that the company is compensating for this by offering Droid Turbo 2, and Droid Maxx 2 on discount for DROID Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx users. Droid Turbo 2 will be available in $524 after $100 off, while Droid Maxx 2 will be available on $334 after $50 off. Droid Mini, Droid Ultra, and Droid Maxx users would get disappointed, but Motorola tried to reimburse its valued customers. This hot offer is valid till Thursday, May 19, after that you won’t be able to get benefits so rush now.
